I Forgot My Email

1. Open an Internet browser (Chrome or Safari) on your cell phone and navigate to the Google Account Recovery page.

2. Enter your recovery email or phone number and click Next

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. You will need your cell phone to help find your user info from text messages.

2. Enter email and click Next

3. Click Try another way or I don’t know my password

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. You will need your cell phone to help find your user info from text messages.

I Forgot My Recovery Email or Phone Number

If you are unable to find your recovery information, you will need to reset your Chromebook to factory settings and start over.
